"I bolted upright as I was yanked out of my nightmare. For a few moments, I simply stared out across the room, not making a sound or movement, as the beating of my heart slowed down and allowed me to relax.
"The images of my nightmare burned themselves into my memory, and guaranteed that I was not going to sleep any more for the night. I glanced outside through the window, looking at the stars and how the Moon had progressed across the sky, but I couldn't tell how long it was until dawn, nothing seemed right in the sky.
"Before I could allow my mind to wander, I rose up onto my hooves and stretched, and went over to take a good, long drink from my canteen. A chilled breeze came through the room, and I sat beside my saddlebags as I focused on the route I was going to take to reach Canterlot. I wasn't going to let a nightmare get to me, when I was a foal, my parents had taught me that they couldn't hurt me.
"'Nightmares can't hurt me.' I reminded myself aloud."

This was cut from the animation so that it could loop. But I didn't want to entirely scrap it after spending so long on the whole thing.
